Please complete one form per skater. Please be sure to complete all sections of the form! A copy of your registration will be emailed to you once it has been completed for your records. 

We are only accepting e-transfer payments.

We will be offering two payment options.

Option 1: Pay full season fee upon registration.

Option 2: Payment plan with two installments. (Please email palmerstonskatingclub@gmail.com for payment schedule).

The final cut off for registration is December 22nd, 2025.

Registration AND payment must be received by December 22nd, 2025.

Skaters will not be registered until payment is received.
